We had 30 years old windows and sliding doors in the house when we move last year. We contacted paradise exterior from Home Expo fare. They took six months to make our custom windows, two sliding doors and a front door. They were able to install all 10 windows, two big sliding doors and front door in one day. That was amazing. After that the inspector came and completed inspection. Hassle free, and good experience.

Was in the market for replacing my windows, patio doors and front entry door with impact rated widows and doors. I had several quotes from various local companies but Paradise Windows not only did they provided a better pricing but also a much better product, with heat reducing elements in the windows. I had 32 openings, which includes all windows, 2 separate entry sliding patio doors and front entry door. The installation team arrived on time everyday for removal and installations. They were courteous and professional… they cleaned up after the work was completed and also did a follow up prior to inspection and after inspection. There were a few screens that came in a bit off on size from the manufacturer. Paradise windows ordered and replaced the screens that needed to be replaced. All… their screens comes with a lifetime warranty and has serial numbers on them… Their screens are not your average old form factor but a much more superior screen that flexible… Awesome product. My 2 story home is now much cooler inside and my monthly FPL bill has reduce. My windows looks amazing and the front entry door with full impact glass has that modern look, which adds a very nice look to the house. Paradise Exteriors, Roofing, Windows, Doors installed 8 impact windows to my home. I am very happy with the thickness of the glass and the workmanship in general. Before installing the windows, they remove the old frame wood for each window and installed new a quality wood to support the new impact windows. The installers were professionals and didn’t leave any thrash behind. I am looking to have Paradise Install impacts door for me along with my kitchen windows to finalize my house. We recently had a new roof installed at our home parsonage by them and I must say, it was an absolute pleasure doing business with them. The on-site supervisor knocked on my door the day before the work was to be completed and gave me a complete rundown on what to expect. I’ve worked on construction sites for 35 years and have never met anyone as professional and knowledgeable as he was. I’ve also never seen anyone cover the entire house with tarps to contain the debris and protect the window screens and siding like they did. Excellent work, gentlemen! The new roof looks fantastic! The entire Paradise Team were excellent in every aspect. They were all courteous, professional and great at their specific job. Overall, the communication was on point throughout the entire process. Each department (sales, permitting, HOA, installation, finance etc…) from Paradise kept in contact with us and kept us abreast of every step throughout the entire process.I wanted to truly commend Carlos and his team of installers. This group of 7 were unbelievable from start to finish. Such a talented, professional, courteous and hardworking group of guys. From the moment they arrived, each person had a job and they did it flawlessly. 14 windows and 2 sets of sliding glass doors and Carrots and his team were fully completed in just under 8 hours. Besides the DUST, you wouldn’t have… known they were ever there. Awesome job but a great group of guys. A member of Paradise’s PR Team (I apologize, I forgot her name) arrived and used a drone to video and document the installation process. She was very friendly and helpful. During the installation of my main sliding glass door, a quarter sized chip occurred in my tile by the door. She photographed the chip and took care of the issue. After the install was compete the chip was covered by trim pieces and a transition strip and was completely covered, and looks GREAT!The installation went great and within a week we had our inspection by the county building department. About an hour or so prior to our inspection, Jorge with Paradise stopped by and made sure everything looked great and was correct before the inspection. Jorge laid out the entire window permit package for the inspector prior to him arriving. The inspection was seamless and passed with ZERO issues. Within a day or so of passing inspection, Paradise schedule is to have all the final window trim pieces to be installed. A few days later, Edgar with Paradise came to the house and quickly installed all of our window trim pieces and he conducted a final walk through. Edgar asked if we had our coupon (Paradise gives you a part of your purchase) to get a window cleaning and a house cleaning, I informed him that we misplaced them and he advised that he would have a replacement coupon mailed to us. At the time of this review we are patiently waiting to receive the coupons in the mail.I have to mention the two displeasures for us during this process. (1) The sales pitch. Scott our salesman is an excellent salesman, he is very professional, friendly and knowledgeable but be prepared to be tied up for several hours (3-4 or more). When it comes time for negotiating price, it gets to be like your at the car dealership with the phone calls back and forth with the “finance manager” to see if they’ll approve it or not. This goes on back and forth a couple of times and almost sounds to scripted and rehearsed for sure. After Scott left, my wife and I and my brother joked about how scripted and cheesy that part was, and we all joked and said he was probably calling his wife and not Paradise when this was going on. This is certainly not a criticism against Scott, but the sales pitch process. Scott as a whole was great and we were happy doing business with him. Just cut out the silly games.(2) Our biggest displeasure throughout the entire process was the wait time from the day we signed the contract to the day of delivery was almost 9 months. Of course everything in this day and age is blamed on Covid and supply chain issues.Overall, we are EXTREMELY happy with Paradise and the job that they did, and most importantly the quality doors and windows that they installed in our home. We definitely notice the lack of noise immediately after install was complete. Now we can’t wait to see if we benefit from any energy savings with them installed.We highly recommend Paradise to our family and friends for all your new hurricane impact window and door needs. A friend of ours just signed a contract with Paradise on our recommendation.read more

One of the sales reps came to my place yesterday to give me an estimate that I had requested. Garry (sales rep) was on time, professional, polite, efficient, and answered all of my questions. His knowledge of the products was impressive, and I was appreciative of how he tried to help me find the right solution for my needs, instead of selling me more than what I needed or wanted. My experience with Garry was so positive and the pricing was in line with what I expected, so I did not feel the need to obtain multiple estimates (which I would normally always do). I have yet to go through the installation process with this company, but I will be sure to post another review after that happens.

The team kept me updated through out the entire process from when permits were submitted a d approved. We have ordered several windows to be replaced at our house in Palm Beach County. Paradise’s plans were quickly approved by the village! Tyler Davidson, the Rep, was very helpful and didn’t pressure us one bit. Edgar and his crew are great. We had 23 windows a slider and 2 man doors installed last month. I posted a negative review earlier because one of our transom windows showed signs of leakage. After multiple calls to Paradise for assistance, we finally were contacted by the window manufacturer. Jeff Jackson did an amazing job. He was actually early for our appointment. He went over everything in great detail from start to finish and in layman terms. I was able to learn about the company history, accolades, experience as well as a detailed rundown of the process from end to end. They were a pleasure to do business with. Installed the windows on time. Followed up the installation with a quality control visit that also stayed on premise for the Building Inspection. Inspection passed without an issue. When one of the windows developed a crack, Paradise Exteriors replaced the cracked glass in a timely an professional manner. There was no additional expense on our part.

I wanted to say “Thank you, for a job well done” to the team that installed my windows this past Friday. Your team is very professional and efficient. They take pride in the work they do. Not only did they do a great job with the installation, one of your crew fixed our front door. Our front door was removed a few months ago by a big appliance company to install our appliances. They never put the door back on properly. My wife told me that, one of your crew was going in and out of the house and noticed it was rubbing and not shutting properly. He took the door off the hinges and remounted the hinges and put the door back on! Can I just say “WOW”…lol. What a team you have. Thank you Paradise Exteriors for a great product and excellent installation. My windows look great and my front door… works great too!!

The sales pitch was long,but entertaining with the phone calls back and forth to “my manager”. But the product was worth the time.
Our windows arrived as promised.the instal was impressive. Seven uniformed employees took over our two story house and worked like a drill team. All carpeted areas were covered with cardboard, furniture covered with plastic. Old windows remove and new installed. All fit perfect. All stucco was repaired and the house cleaned. They even borrowed our vacuum to clean up..
This team replaced 18 windows in a two story house in seven hours .and when they left the only sign they had been there were the sparkling windows(they actually cleaned them) and the yard sign.
Would recommend to anyone seeking quality windows and exceptional service

Found Paradise Exteriors on homeadvisor.com. Made an appointment. Representative Danny ******* came right out and was very informative and explained everything very thoroughly. Was able to purchase energy-efficient, hurricane-impact vinyl within my budget. The installers were very neat, professional, and also informative about the installation process. Installed 3 Windows in just 3 hours! No other company I spoke with agreed to do only 3 Windows, but Paradise did. From the time of the agreement to the day of installation it only took 8-10 weeks as I was told. Definitely notice a big difference in temperature in the room where the windows were installed and they are much quieter. They look much better than the old aluminum Windows I had before. They are much smoother as far as operation… and aesthetics. Very happy and have told my neighbors about Paradise Exteriors windows & doors.
